To ensure you receive your PINNA purchase as soon as possible, all orders are shipped 1st class within 3 working days.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges, the following conditions apply :
- Exchanges and returns can be issued on orders within 7 days of the date stated on your invoice.
- All items returned should be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items
- Please ensure all returns are well packaged to reduce the risk of damage through transit, also ensure that packages are sent with a trackable service as we cannot take any responsibility for any lost or damaged returns
- All the above also applies to INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, please ensure that your parcel states it is a return on the parcel front sheet when returning.
